Join ICLSG partners for presentations on DSO Integration & Strategic Planning for Net Zero, followed by a Q&A session
WEL Networks presented a PowerPoint in two parts, with part 1 focusing on how the DSO model fits in the traditional DNO approach, as well as WEL DSO strategy, DSO roadmap and the latest progress in roadmap implementation. Part 2 was on 10 case studies based on using recently developed DSO functions to support network planning, engineering study, network operation, customer connection management and network data correction.
SSEN presented strategic planning process for Net Zero. This included how SSEN engages with stakeholders to understand their future energy needs and develop future forecasts. SSEN will also discuss their new Distributed Network Options Assessment (DNOA) process and how they are making decisions transparently for stakeholders.
